SPAR 2005J Report

Organized by Koji Kawamura of Spar Point Research Japan, SPAR 2005J took place July 29 in Kawasaki. This first-of-its-kind one-day conference was attended by more than 60 representatives from engineering companies, laser scanning service providers as well as hardware and software solution providers. Highlights of the event included presentations by Mr. Akihiro Iwata, Toshiba Plant Systems & Services; Mr. Hiroyuki Takahashi, Chiyoda Corporation; Dr. Yasushi Yoshimura, Hitachi Plant Engineering and Construction; Mr. Hisaya Akayama, Shinseigiken Engineering Co. and Mr. Hisaya Mizusawa, SYSPRO Corporation.
