DUBUQUE, Iowa – Eagle Point Software Corporation, an Autodesk Preferred Industry Partner, announced this week the appointment of Larry Heavner as Major Accounts Manager. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Heavner spent 21 years with Autodesk in various roles. Since 1983, Eagle Point has been developing solutions running on top of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Architecture, and Autodesk Revit. By offering products and services that complement the Autodesk family of products, the company enables architectural and engineering clients to solve problems and simplify their work utilizing our specific add-on applications in conjunction with Autodesk technology, according to a press release.
In his new role, Heavner will be responsible for the growth and focus of major accounts within Eagle Point. As a Sales Engineer, Product Manager, and territory sales representative during his tenure with Autodesk, Heavner has intimate knowledge of the importance and influence that major accounts have had on the development of Autodesk as an industry powerhouse.
